Data validation

Hi all, I have a tough one for you (first time on this site, hoping for some magic)-

Quick rundown of sheet: This is for a fantasy football draft, in which I have one tab (Draft) to enter the picks of the twelve teams picking and another tab (Lineup) for my team. For my picks, I want to enter them in the Lineup tab, and have them appear in the Draft tab. Just hold on... I'm getting to the hard part. The Draft tab is set up as:

Cells E5:P5 = "Team 1" - "Team 12"
Cells E7:P31 are data validation lists

Hard part: I will be in multiple drafts, and won't know what pick I will have until right before the draft. Right now, I am deleting the data validation lists and then setting the cells equal to the cells in the Lineup tab. After the draft, I have to go back and reset the lists. There's got to be an easier way.

I would like to have a cell at the top of the Draft tab in which I could enter my draft position (1-12). If I were to enter "7", the "Team 7" data validation lists would disappear, and pull in the picks from my other tab (Lineup E18:E42). After the draft, when I delete the "7" from the top cell, the "Team 7" column would go back to its original data validation lists.

I've been struggling with this and have yet to come up with anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
