Adding rows without changing the data.

Basically I need the ability to delete/add rows on a Sheet and still have the data displayed correctly. I know it can be done with arrays but I just can't work it out so at the moment I've just done it with If statments

Please see example, it's an easy one for someone who knows arrays well.
