Add a column without including the last 3 cells

I want to add a whole column without inlcuding the last 3 cells of that column (containing numbers).
This is the code I have to add up the whole column "H" starting from "H3".
    It works.

So now I want to either subtract the last three cells or just not include them in the sum.
Is there anyway to do this?
    (The number of rows varies)
