Filter Condition

Below is a section of code that a user provided me with on this forum for applying a filter from a specific criteria cell.

This logic works perfectly, however I need a change applied for a new spreadsheet I am working on. This current filter organizes the table according to the values that "equal" the creteria in the referenced cell. I want the condition to be that of "contains" instead. In this manner, the user can filter by only a portion of the term rather than the whole thing. For example, if the user searches "bro" instead of "broom" all entries including "bro" should remain after the filter is turned on. I feel like this should be an easy correction, but if I am mistaken please inform me of how such a condition could be possible. If a dummy file would make my situation easier to understand please let me know and I will provide one.
