compile table with data from other tables

Hi all,

I have the following problem. I have a sheet consisting of about 50 tables (14 by 40).

The tables in the sorted like:
left -> right:different locations.
up -> down different speeds

And every table contains information with the same variables. Vertical is wave period and horizontal is direction.

On another sheet I am trying to get a sort of INDEX function working with the following intention:

Create new tables per location (left to right) for one given 'wave period'. The table should contain: vertical -> speeds
Horizontal -> directions.
It should therefore pick for every 'wave length' a value from the tables up -> down.

I gave created the required table for one table, but is there a way to copy the same for the other tables.

To make it more clear a sheet is attached giving an example.

I hope somebody is able to help, since the work will not be limited to only 1 sheet, but to 20 sheets
