Date & time input interface and show upcoming events based on urgency

Hello.

I have this project that I started many months ago and I actually requested help from here last time and got it.

Now I ask help again for a second time.

I uploaded my project so you get a better view of what im trying to explain here:

I have been unable to make a interface for date & time input area (white blank area on top left). It should have the following simple actions:

1. Ask date & time for event.
2. Ask have it already happened in the past or is it a note for upcoming event. If it is a note for future event the program should then save a "yes" on sheet 2 area called "future reference".

After this.. you can see the "upcoming events" box on sheet1 bottom right corner. This area should list the most urgent events that are going to happen soon(today). This data should be transfered from sheet2 to this box if the future reference is marked as "yes" in sheet2. The events should be listed in a way that the most urgent event would be on top, less urgent below it and so on..

Now, when the time would come for an event to occur the program would then erase the top note from the box (NOT FROM SHEET2). And the less urgent one would then take the top place and the third note would take the 2nd notes place and so on..

There must aswell be a support for adding events so that if an event is added when there is already a list of urgent events the old note would be replaced by the new note if the new note is more urgent than the old one.

The program already does the following:
1. Saves time and date of record to log
2. Saves the person who did the record to log
3. Saves the event to log
4. Saves the message to log
