adding values in user created areas, defining boarders

Greetings,

I was wondering if there was an add-in or macro that would allow you to place values in a predetermined areas? An example would be that you have 100x100 grid, that you would create independent of excels columns/rows, and you wish to add in the value "1" in the area defined by 34,23 to 1,15. Anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
