How to "link" cells in one sheet to cells in another sheet just by a click?

Hello!

My problem is the following... I have a workbook with 5 different sheets. In the first four there is the name, telephone number and company for four different kinds of companies.
One sheet for each type of company. The fifth sheet is a purchase order.

What I would like to do is to be able to left-click on a specific company (sheet 1-4), which then would generate the specific information for that company in the purchase order (sheet 5).

I don't know if this is even possible, but I'd really appreciate the help!
