find and copy records from a text file

Hi all

Can someone please help me with vb code that will copy all records from a text file to excel worksheet, where there "[" appears in a record.

So in following dummy data example, record 1 and 3 are copied into excel sheet and other two are ignored. Or record 2 and 4 are deleted completely.

fgfdgdfg
asdf[t]ghdgh
ghgafa
