publishing a userform to pdf

Is there any way to program a command button so that it will publish the userform to pdf?

Why would you want an image of the Userform?

I would use the Userform to put the entries into a pre-formatted sheet then save the sheet to pdf. To do this depends on the version of Excel(which should be in your user profile) and what pdf software you have
