insert new row after group

I have a list in column a, list is sorted, so all data is grouped.

I am trying to insert a blank row after each group

Example

1 Active
2 Active
3 Active
4 Pending
5 Pending

i want it put a blank row after Active, causing Pending on row 4 to move to row 5, then go to the next group (Pending and do the same after the group is done) go to last entry

I used the code provided above to insert a blank row after each group and it worked well. The rows are sorted in column A, and the rows were inserted when the value changed. I would like to extend this further to add a sum on each blank row, but in columns R, S, and T.

Any help is appreciated! thanks!
