Change Color of Cell Based on Value

Good day my friends. I once again call upon your wisdom for guidance and assistance.

I'm looking for a code that....

Finds "Fri" value in column 2
When it is found it changes the cell shade to "TintAndShade = -0.249977111117893" AND the twenty cells to the right of the cell (with the "Fri" value)

It will need to loop and find the value of each "Fri" and keep changing the 20 cells adjacent to the "Fri" value until there is no more information.

So far, I have the following.

Brilliant! I had to modify it a tad bit, but it works just fine. Thank you very much!
