How to delete and move specific rows with macros

I wanted to do the following actions with the help of macro.

1. Delete column B to T and V,W,Y,Z,AA,AC,AD,AE
2. Move column U to column A and X to B (from the original sheet)

can someone help me in getting this output, pls?
