Dates don't match from tab to tab

The code below works great except there are times when it does not work properly. The purpose is to look on the Ace sheet column 2 find that corresponding number on ACE tests column C and the look for a passed (column I) the date(column H) for each training (SPA, SPB, SPC, etc Column G), and if the criteria is meet then populate that date onto the ACE sheet under the cooresponding date column. The code works but it messes up sometimes but speratically. There seems to be more wrong dates in the column for SPE (column o). There seems to be no pattern. I have attached a small example to show and the yellow cells on the Ace tab should match the yellow cells on the Ace Test tab...but they don't.
