Macro to Copy Rows if cell value equals

I have TWO worksheets. One named "td" the other named "archive"

I need to copy an entire row from sheet "td" if a cell in column R has the word "archive" in it. (Starting in row 2 of column R and continuning thru R500).

The copied row needs to be paste with format to worksheet "archive" starting in row 2. I need all row paste to append to the "archive" sheet from this point on, everytime i run the macro. Not starting over on row 2 each time.

Once the paste is done with the row, I need the macro to go back the "td" worksheet and delete the row completely that it just copied.

    Please help!!!
