Hi Excel Forums,
I currently have a VBA macro which does a lot of opening and closing spreadsheets from a single spreadsheet. It basically loops opening, saving, and closing a lot of hyperlinks I have in a column. The problem that I'm afraid of is having any keystrokes such as a backspace while working on something else not in Excel affecting the spreadsheets.
My first question would be if lets say I press backspace a lot while this macro is going, would it affect my spreadsheets.
In the case that it does, would there be a way to basically "lock" my excel from any changes while the macro is running?
My current code is here:
I know this is not the most elegant way to do it. I wouldn't mind any comments on how to do hyperlinking better since I had to add something else to change it back since it outputs "TRUE" in the cells but it's not a big issue.
Thanks.
