how to disable excel 2010 move or copy... only

I have a vba program, I want to protect the code, so the user can not easy to view the code. I found if I protect the code using password from VBA project property. if the user uses move or copy.. function to a new place, the code will move with the copied sheet, the code is not protected. how can I disable the move or copy function, so the user can not move or copy the sheet to other location, so I can protect the code in some way.

I am searching so many days and so many website for solution, but I can not find one working with 201o. I am a newbee to this website, actually, I google the information, google directed me to this wonderful website, so I registed, hope i can find some information and also contribute my knowlege to anything I know. thank you very much for any help.

Protect the workbook, then they won't be able to move / copy the worksheet.
