Macro to send data automatically everyhour from Excel via Outlook and out to Readers

Hi All,

I work for an organization which also deal with BPO(Call center) services.

The concern here is after every hour the no of every individual process data has to go to the Onshore team, which is done manually .

Is there any way,we can create a Macro which selects a Data range, paste that onto a mail and send's it to the client hourly.
