Macro to create separate sheets

Hello, I am new to using macros and rearranging text. I have a 18k line RAW data report that contains dashes that seperate each record as seen below:

I would like to use a script and remove the lines "note #1 and note #3" then copy all data between the dashes to seperate sheets and remove the dashes. Does anybody have any thoughts of how I may accomplish this? I appreciate any ideas friends.
