Find relevant data from different data sets in a worksheet

I need a formula that will identify the material data set and then extract the related price.
I have attached a sample spread sheet to show what I am trying to achieve.
I need to first identify the material then search for a cost for that length and thickness of material. The lenght range will vary as shown.
Ultimately I want to find the cost of the different items.
