    Insert Space

    Dear All,

I have I6 cell blank or zero. I want macro if I6 cell is blank or zero then insert space down from B6 to D6. Further, copy data from G6 to I6 and paste at inserted space.

    Please resolve my issue

    Re: Insert Space

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

    Re: Insert Space

    Is your sample correct?

From your description it looks like you are duplicating entries.

Are columns B to D what you want to end up with, or are they what you are beginning with?

    Re: Insert Space

I am having difficulty understanding what you are asking for.
Your example should have how the data is originally and then show your desired results.

Maybe explain the reasoning for this would help understand.

    Sir,

I have uploaded revised file wherein data bifurcated into original and imported data. Hopefully this exmaple will solve my problem.
