    How to turn on validation if a tick box is not checked

    Hi i have a tickbox called "Example" and i would like to have the cell d5 validated so that it's value is 0 and it cant be changed when the checkbox is unticked and when it is ticked any intiger can be put into the field, i have been told it needs to be done by a macro but have no clue where to start and am looking for some guidence/help.

    Add a Checkbox from the Controls TooBox (ActiveX), then use thsi code
