    linking formulas rather than values

    Hi,

is there any way to link cell formulas rather than cell values?

for instance if I put a formula on cell A3 like: =A1+A2
I would like the cell B3 to use same fomula (=B1+B2) without me having to copy and paste.

The reasoning for this is because, I might update the formula on A3 and I want the formula to be automatically updated on B3 .

    thanks for the help.

If you enter =a1+a2 in a3, you just need to drag the formula to B3, it will change to =B1+B2

I know that, I wonder if there is a way in which I can avoid doing that. I dont want to be dragging every time.

I to link the formulas on each cell, so I dont need to copy and paste (or dragging) the new formula every time.
