Get Datas From MsAccess and Display into Excel sheet as a Report

Dear Team,

i Need a help that, How to reterive a Datas from Ms-Acess to excel Sheet as report and then i Want to upload datas from Excel to access database. is there any solution, how to do it and I need some codes to do it. if possible Help me..

And then i want display as report, getting datas from Ms-Access..
