How about adding an example file. I'm not sure what you are pulling from column B. Is it a boolean or a number?

Or are you trying to see if solv exists in column A?
Maybe explain what you are trying to achieve.

I am trying to find solv in column A or B but I am comparing those results with found. If solv is found then it should proceed, but if solv is not found, "found" should result in an error which should display a message box saying that the results can not be found and then restart the asking process.
