    Multiple criteria for Sum-Product

I have attached a report i export from a program that lays out the hours each employee works and i would like to be able to have a separate sheet that is laid out with a column of employee names and a row with dates and have it quickly show how many hours each employee worked on which day. The problem i run into is that there is no consistent place for the name of the employee to associate it self with the respective day. As you can see in the page, the names are at the top of each section of hours. Soooo sumproduct is not effective and i unaware of any other formula that would work. Any thoughts?

The others are over eight hours worked and tips. Which are not relevant at this point. Just what they throw in there.

The names are at the top and bottom of each section of times. (B2 and E21, B26 and E33, etc.)

I've reattached the file with an example of what i would like the end result to look like.
