checkbox codes

Hi,

I am struggling having my code work for the my checkboxes. Pretty much what I'm trying to do is have my checkboxes when checked enter the caption into the first available row in column N for one of the three checkboxes on the top and then Column O for the checkboxes below the top three. Any help would be appreciated. See workbood attached.

The lines ending in 'this one can be removed if there will be only one check box being check at a time.

I've attached your book with my code adjustment.

I opened the book and ran it, but I'm getting a code 43. However, when i copied your code and paste it in my workbook the data seems to be copied twice in the PIR worksheet. Also I wanted checkbox1, checkbox2 OR checkbox3 to show up only in column N and then all the other checkboxes show up only in column O. I hope this makes sense. I'll attached my workbook with what've done so far and you can see in PIR sheet how the information is doubled. Again, I really appreciate your help!

It was double because I didn't read you post correctly. I had it adding a line for each check box that was checked.
