Data from another sheet between two user input dates

I am not good at macro programming and would thank any help i can get.

I have some data in a sheet called Log , please look at the attachment

On another sheet called Summary i want to have the ability to get data from sheet called Log that falls between two dates, start and end date

User can input dates from a form or two cells on Summery sheet can be used , result should be 4 tables populated by

Defects total by clock#
Defects total by Type
Defects total by Job#
Defects Total by Product Type.

Why load a jpg when you can load an excel file? If you have tried attaching an excel file, it has not attached properly.

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

Is the format of the Defect Summary sheet the way you want your data to be output?

If i fix 2 cells on the sheet and have the macro run based on those 2 cells, if you intend to put a userform, will you be able to modify the code for it?
