Exclamation Run-Time Error 1004 running macro

We have a schedule done in excel that I need to display on a large monitor for our employees. Each worksheet represents a day of the week, so I would like it to toggle through each sheet. I would also like it to refresh itself, becasue our dispatcher is constantly making changes to it throughout the day.

I keep getting Error 1004 with the line Application.OnTime EarliestTime:=RunWhen, Procedure:=cRunWhat, Schedule:=True being the culprit.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, anyone have an idea?

PS. I basically have no idea what I'm doing.
