Email every file in folder

I have a macro that will email a file that I specify. However I want to email one at a time pictures that are in a folder. The names are variable. Is there a way to put in a list into a spreadsheet the name of every file in the folder in a workbook? If I can do that then I can use a for step loop to go down the list for the file names it needs.

For the purposes of this project lets say the directory is C:\Documents and Settings\Randell\My Documents\My Pictures\
