How to modify the following code to copy comments containing specific text

Following code copies all comments and paste to a selected cell (range).

How can this be modified to copy and paste comments that only contain a specific text string. Code will need the user to input the desired string.

Ex: copy comments that contain text string "Joe" and paste in selected cell (range).
Code needs to ask the user to input the text string; in this case "Joe"

Note: This code does not allow user to select a range of cells to search. It will be nice if the user can select a range, A1:C3, for exaple.

    Thanks in advance.
