Post Print to PDF in 2003

    Hi All,

I have a macro working perfect in Excel 2007, but I cannot get it working in excel 2003.

Can anybody help me to find workaround for 2003.

    Thanks
    M

    Here is what I need:

    1. Print to PDF ( I have cute PDF in 2003 )
    2. Save this PDF with the name RangeF10, to a path "S:\PONUDE\" & Range("B69").

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Use code tags around code. Posting code without them makes your code hard to read and difficult to be copied for testing. Highlight your code and click the # at the top of your post window. For more information about these and other tags, found here
    Hope that helps.

You can't use the code that you have in Excel 2003, you need to change the printer in 2003. Something like

Im not sure if this works as I haven't tested it but, it is an adaptation of the code from the author of the link I posted. I suggest you get PDF Creator as well, I use it and it works well, but thats up to you.

Re: Print to PDF in 2003

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help.

I have instaled PDF cretor but unfortenately your macro is not working as a wanted.

The problem is that the PDF file is not automaticly saved in defined path. When I run it, I get PDF Creator print menu in which I can choose path and file name.

Is there a solution to avoid PDF Creator print menu?

    Thanks in advance
    Milan

CutePDF should work with the code that I provided, check the Printer name is correct in your Printers list

    Hi Roy,

Sorry, but I'm not good in macros and programing at all.

Thanks for your advice, but if I use your code how can I save file to a defined path and with defined name using cell values?

Do I need to upgrade it on existing code or?

    M
