Macro to use Data Validation + Combox Box in one worksheet

Dear Admin,
I got 2 worksheets with Function 1 (Data Validation able to help me arrange outcome in same cell with comma seperator for everytime i select Example: Ann, Benny, AiChing, Babe)and Function 2 (Have AutoComplete function with Combo Box).

I wish i could combine Function 1 and 2 .

All my requirement and scenario are inside the workbook! Please do help me Thanks ya !
