Counting number of days

I have this speadsheet that is used to track deliveries. what i want to do is track the number of days from last delivery in each tank on tab "28 day Check". I cant seem to get it to work.

This will give you the number of days since the last delivery in tank 3 (I'm assuming deliverise are in date order)

=TODAY()-LOOKUP(2,1/(Data!P5:P100="3"),Data!R5:R100)

change "3" to the relevant tank number for the others. Format result cell as general

your requirement is not clear

suppose in AK5 type the formula
=IF(R5="","",TODAY()-R5)
copy it down
format column AK as number with zero decimal places.
