Show text msg if value between 8 and12 and last used cell B3

Hello,

i am trying to make some code in excel (VBA) and i have some problems.
I made a table 1 x 14 with 14 command buttons under each cell and every time a click one of them the value goes up for 1.
I have in cell C5 the SUM of 2 cells(B2+B3)

For example:

i will have text massage1 if the value in C5 is between 8 and 12 and the last changed value was in B2 and massage2 if the value in C5 is between 8 and 12 and the last changed value was in B3.
