Comparing two sheets

Hi all,
I have two worksheets both of which contains "Banana" as text in cells in column headed friuts. Now, the number of cells containg text banana is increased or decreased in one of the sheets.Now, I want the cells of both sheets containing banana item be compared and same change is made in the other sheet corresponding to increase or decrease in cells containg text "banana" in former sheet.
Any help will be appreciated.

Here is an example attachment.
The no. of bananas in file banana must be equal to that in banana2 file.
Also, it should be made sure that suitable no.of new rows are inserted for the new banana entries so that the other sequence is not interrupted.
