Copy a Table from Word file to Excel

Hi all,

Can some one help me with the VBA code to open a .doc file from desk top and copy the Table (which is the only contents in that file) from it to the Work book sheet 1 (VBA will be in this work book)?...Thanks for any help in this...have a great day
