Password protection

Hello,

On the attached workbook I would like the user to be able to protect the blue cells with a password. It would also be ideal for the user to be able to change this password when ever they wanted.

The current worksheets are all protected with the password "sac", this is to prevent formulas from being disturbed and I would like this level of protection to remain.

Please can anyone help with code for these tasks?
