    Changing chart range values dynamically

I want to change my chart's range's values dynamically.

What I basically want to do is not have to go into the chart every time and change what the value for the minimum value for my y-scale is every time the value changes. The reason I want to do this is because it goes between 0 and the max value * 1.x every time and I would rather have it show in better detail the range that my graph covers so that it won't look like a line.

I understand the vba should look something like this but it isn't working.
Assumes "c3" is the target and I want to change my values based on the range of c3:c13.
