    How to fill blank cells with different values in a column

    I have a csv file that has gaps between rows as shown below. This is just a sample as the number of rows is 30,000 so dont want to copy and paste each change of text or number to fill the blanks upto the "Sub Total". Any ideas would be appreciated?
    I have attached a file for viewing.
    7534300.0 -> 7534400.0

    Sub Total
    7534400.0 -> 7534500.0

    Sub Total

    what is your desired output? are we just dragging the Y figures down? i.e.'7534600.0 -> 7534700.0'?

    Hi

    This can be done using formulas.

    1) Highlight column C.
    2) Edit, GoTo, Special, Blanks, OK.
    3) =C2, ctrl enter
    4) Highlight column C, Copy, Paste Special values.
