Macro to apply text to filter

hi have a macro that selects specific filters. But I want one of the filters to be determined by the text that has been inputed into a specific cell.

Here is the code I have so far:

The 'Week 34' Criteria needs to be picked up from a specifc cell in the work book.

Would anyone know how I would do this.
