VB MAcro to compare ad highlight

Hi all,
Attached is my file "Text.xls".

As per that example , need a macro to
1. loop through 1 to 6 each time in col A (Pos No)
2. Each time, In that 1 to 6 rows it has to search for part No is same or not.
3. If it is not same, Like in B8 to B13 and B14 to B19, it has to be highlighted in some color.
4. If its same like in B2 to B7 , Do nothing.

How can i do this. Plz help.
I used .find function, it just finds that text which i enter.
But which function can i use to do this task.
