Can't get Worksheet_Selection Change to work

Hi,

I've got a spreadsheet that I want to log values from another worksheet when the value in Cell B4 changes. The trouble is that as it only references the cell ie.

the macro to copy the text doesn't work.

Many thanks for the quick response.

I changed the code as you suggested, but alas the problem remains.

The value I see in Cell B4 is a time that is counting down second by second which is referenced from another worksheet. So although the value I see in the cell is changing second by second, the actual formula in the cell remains unchanged and so (I believe) the macro doesn't get called.

Many thanks for the help, the Worksheet_Selection change did indeed work, however it seems to execute twice ie. the lines I want to copy get copied twice and I'm not entirely sure why....
