Perform same task on all worksheets in workbook

Hi All

I need to hide same rows on each worksheet in the workbook within a macro please.

Rows to hide are: 1 to 400
Then select cell A401

I have tried to adapt the below code to do this for me but to no avail. Thanks for any help in advance.

Change to suite.
If the sheet is protected then add the unprotect code.
