Save As - Can it be disabled for files opened as read-only?

Is there a way to disable the ability to perform a Save As when a file has been opened as read only? if not can the path in the Save As pop-up be set to a different value than from where the opened file is located?

I placed the code in the ThisWorkbook and it works great for the file when it is opened as read only by my macro as I wanted, however if I open the file in Excel, the Save gets cancelled, but the Save As works. I need to have the Save work if the file is opened in Excel not a macro.
