I am having a bit of a problem trying to come up with a way to calculate the number of entries for a particular value, accross multiple worksheets.
I have a workbook that has a sheet for each month ('Jan 2010', 'Feb 2010' etc), plus a sheet called 'Summary'. In each monthly sheet i have entered numerous lines of data, and in each line is a reference to name that the entry relates too.
What I am after in the Summary sheet is the total number of entries for a each name accross all the monthly sheets.
Is this something that can be calculated?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
