Help with drop down box and pictures in excel

I am pretty new to using vba in excel. I would like to be able to add a cell that can be used to input a location that something was shipped to. I want to make it like a drop down box but only have the box visible when selecting the location. Also i would like for it to allow the user to to start typing the name and it will show up. I am currently using data validation to choose location. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I would like to have a way to show pics in some cells. I know there is a way to do this with comments, but I am wondering if there is a better way to do this to make it look better. Like if the user hovers over the cell, another window will pop up showing the picture and then go away when the focus is off the cell or something like that. Again, any help would be appreciated. thanks.
