compile error, Expected: end of statement

Hi all,

probably a simple one. I'm trying to copy formulae down 4 columns to the last row of data but getting the above error on the if function below. I suspect its due to the if function generating text as an output and not a value like the other 3 formulae? Any idea what i should change for it to work?
