Hi Alan, thanks for your help thou this is not quite what i want.
Maybe i should rephrase my questions. This is for the purpose of an addition of new user in a system. The user maybe a temp staff so there will have an expiry date on their access, if not it'd be permanent access. Hence, I need to create a drop list where I could have 2 options - choose "Permanent" or Select Date (Date picker).
Hope this provides the background on what i'm looking for. Nevertheless, pls refer to attachment for clarity.
