Placing a large grid of data points into one column

    Hello,
I have a large number of data points 2500, that includes blanks, that are in a grid , i wish to take these data points and place them into a single column. However I wish to skip the blank data points since they can skew our data. Does anyone have an idea on a macro or formula to shift through this data? Any help would be great. Thank you.

    bmccarthy,

Please attach your workbook or a sample workbook that accurately portrays your current workbook on one sheet, and what it should look like 'After' on another sheet.

This makes it much easier to see exactly what you want to do, as well as shows us whether there is a consistent number of rows between tables and such.

To attach your workbook, click on the New Post button, then scroll down and click on the Manage Attachments button.
    Have a great day,
    Stan

    Point Taken
Here is an short example of what i would be looking for, On the "before" sheet in the 4 x 5 grid i have several cells that contain values while other contain blanks. I would like to to be able to take only the values and place them in a single column much like the "after" worksheet.

    bmccarthy,

I assume that your raw data is in worksheet Sheet1.

    Detach/open workbook ReorgData - bmccarthy - EF753730 - SDG10.xlsm and run macro ReorgData.
